Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time before the start of mass production by forming a block copy having the design requested by a designer when a three-dimensional object is subjected to printing or is subjected to working to a three-dimensional shape after the printing or a seal, etc., are stuck to the three-dimensional object. SOLUTION: The following block copy forming method and apparatus are provided. A three-dimensional object is subjected to the printing with the test block copy or the object subjected to the printing with such block copy is subjected to molding or plastic working and is finished to the three-dimensional object. The seal, etc., printed with such block copy are otherwise stuck to the three-dimensional object. Both of their original block copies are digitalized and are fetched into a computer. The nature of the printing to the three-dimensional object and the characteristics in the ways of deformation on the surface of the working method for forming the three-dimensional object are recognized. Such block copy that the design required by the designer is obtd. when the three-dimensional object is subjected to the printing or when the three- dimensional object is formed by subjecting the object to this working or when the seal is stuck to the three-dimensional object is formed.
