PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low production cost and a high electric reliability by directly connecting a flexible print cable with an end face electrode to be the individual electrode of an electric mechanical converting element. SOLUTION: An energy generating means 12 before division is formed so as to have a projecting cross-sectional shape by bonding a laminated type piezoelectric element 17, which generates an electric field in the lamination direction when applied with a driving voltage so as to generate displacement in the elongation in the lamination direction, onto a holding part 18 with a wide width. Then, a flexible print cable(FPC) 53 is connected with end face electrodes 23, 22 at the individual, common electrode sides of the piezoelectric element 17 formed on the holding part 18 of the energy generating means 12 by thermo compression bonding. An electrode surface patterned in the individual, common electrode shape is formed on the FPC 53. Accordingly, since the FPC 53 is connected directly with each end face electrode 23, 22 to be the individual, common electrodes of the piezoelectric element 17, a step of applying a conductive adhesive with a dispenser, or the like, can be omitted.
