Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time from a data input to output determination by setting a circuit threshold value on the feedback input side of an RS flip-flop circuit higher than a prescribed value and setting a circuit threshold value on its data input side lower than the prescribed value. SOLUTION: The dimension (gate width/gate length) of N-MOS transistors NTrRN and NTrSN is made higher than a prescribed value A, and the dimension of N-MOS transistors NTr0N and NTr1N is made lower than the prescribed value A. Namly, the circuit threshold value of a 1st NOR circuit 10 on the data input side is lower than a prescribed value (VDD/2), and the circuit threshold value on the feedback input side is higher than the prescribed value (VDD/2). Besides, the circuit threshold value of a 2nd NOR circuit 20 on the data input side is lower than the prescribed value (VDD/2), and the circuit threshold value on the feedback input side is higher than the prescribed value (VDD/2).
