Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize hot water in a heat storage tank of a solar water heater or the like efficiently. SOLUTION: The heat storage water in a heat storage tank of a solar water heater or the like is mixed with water supply such as city water by an automatic mixing valve 11, and this is supplied to a circulating pipeline 18 of bathtub water via the heat exchanging part of a hot water supply device 14 to fill a bathtub 13 with hot water automatically. Moreover, the heat storage water is made to bypass the automatic mixing valve 11, and then it is directly supplied into a faucet instrument via the heat exchanging part 15 of the hot water supply device 14. Switching of these channels is done by controlling a water supply solenoid valve 21, a hot water supply solenoid valve 22 and a bath filling solenoid valve 23 by opening and closing them. Therefore, the constitution of the entire circuit of the hot water supply device and its control can be simplified extremely. Moreover, the high temperature heat storage water which is stored in the heat storage tank can be utilized as it is, and there is no need for decreasing the temperature of the high temperature heat storage water once, and then reheating it again to raise the temperature like conventional models.
