(57)【要約】 【課題】組み込む電子機器の画面側キャビネットの内寸 にいっぱいに液晶モジュールを実装可能とし、あるいは 当該キャビネットの表示画面の周辺にスピーカ等の機能 部品を設置可能とする。 【解決手段】絶縁基板1bの周辺裏面側に設置した配線 基板3との間をフレキシブルプリント基板2を介して接 続してなり、配線基板3を液晶パネル1のコーナー部側 端部の当該コーナー部との間に所定空間をもって後退し た位置から絶縁基板1bの縁辺に沿って設置し、フレキ シブル配線基板2を一方の絶縁基板1b周辺表面側、か つ配線基板3上と前記所定空間上を覆って設置してな り、フレキシブル配線基板2の、配線基板3のコーナー 部側端部近傍外縁から一方の絶縁基板1bの端縁に達す る切込み2bを有すると共に、一方の絶縁基板1bの表 面上に位置する部分に配線基板3上の配線と所定空間上 の配線を接続する迂回配線部2cを有し、切込み2bで 所定空間上に位置するフレキシブル配線基板2を一方の 絶縁基板1bの裏面側に折込む。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to package liquid crystal modules fully up to inner dimensions of a cabinet at screen side where an electronic equipment is mounted, or to allow electronic parts like a speaker, etc., to be installed in the periphery of the display screen of the cabinet. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device is connected with a wiring board 3 installed on a back and peripheral part of an isolation board 1b via a flexible printed circuit board 2, and the wiring board 3 is installed along an edge side of the isolation board 1b from a stepped back position with a fixed space between the device and the corner of an end part of an corner part of a liquid crystal panel l, and the flexible printed circuit board 2 is installed covering a peripheral surface side of the other isolation board 1b, and the wiring board 3 and the above-mentioned fixed space. And, the flexible printed circuit board 2 has a depth of cut 2b reaching an frame end of the other isolation board 1b from an outer frame near the side end part of the corner part, and has also a by-pass wiring part 2c for connecting the wiring on the wiring board 3 and the wiring over the fixed space on the surface of the other isolation board 1b, and the flexible printed circuit board 2 positioned over the fixed space at the depth of cut 2b is allowed to be inserted on the back side of the other isolation board lb.
